Broadwater & Associates' professionals have advised many of the largest newspaper publishers, including Gannett Co., Inc., The New York Times Company, Hearst Corporation, The Copley Press, Inc. and E.W. Scripps, as well as numerous smaller and family-owned companies.

In our service to the book publishing industry, we have handled acquisition, sale and valuation assignments for a broad range of publishers both in the United States and abroad.  Our coverage in this area includes adult and juvenile trade publishers, illustrated and reference publishers, audiobook publishers and religious publishers.

Business-to-business communication and information is one of the largest and most diverse media industry segments.  Broadwater & Associates professionals have handled a number of transactions as both agent and principal in this sector.  The firm's coverage includes business-to-business magazine and newsletter publishing, trade shows and exhibitions, business directory publishing and database information companies serving the financial, legal, sales & marketing and human resource sectors.
